As a reminder, one of the aims of the Algerian Studies Unit is to provide political reforms to consolidate the Institution of the Family; the fundamental cell of society.

Abstract

This first article of the series reproduces here the Introduction to the sixth edition of the book which is a study done for the Discernment of “the Divine Law in all its Forms” (Fiqh alSunania) to establish and protect the family, and allow it to assume its central role in the civilizational renaissance of the society and the nation. Where the author emphasized the need for all to work to enable the family to fulfill its role in building the civilizational renaissance with the originality and efficiency required. Pointing out that if the family is not given the necessary conditions to perform these required roles and functions, the family itself will regress psychologically and spiritually, marked by rejection and bitterness; behavior that will be transmitted to the society in turn, whose members will then experience a lack of harmony and compassion, and a spiritual, moral and aesthetic decline, thus causing it to lose the very essence of a decent life, on the one hand, and the condition of the effectiveness and efficiency of his collective action on the other.
