Abstract:
In this second article in the series “The reality of scientific research in Algeria”, the researcher presents a general and objective reading of the state of scientific research in the Arab countries in general, and in Algeria in particular, from the perspective of a humble citizen; trying to shed light on the main factors that play an important role in scientific research in developing countries. These same factors represent the most important obstacles and difficulties that contributed to the creation of a cultural gap between States. The researcher raised a set of important questions about the research and the structure of the “scientific research market”, which will be detailed in his next two articles entitled “The Reality of Scientific Research and its Obstacles in Developing Countries” and “The Role of Scientific Research in Economic and Social Development.”
